Weight lose.

So i am getting questions for weight lose. 

Have green tea daily. Mix cinnamon powder, honey and water and bring it to boil. Drink it everyday in the morning and at night. Boil pumpkin and drink that water daily, it helps very well. 

Workout for at least half an hour daily. 

Eat a ton of fruits and veggies.

Have small portions of your meal about 5 times a day, instead of having 3 meals per day. 

But do remember, eat everything but in a limited portion. Never diet too strict, it will only help you lose weight faster but after you have lost enough and start eating your normal food, you'll gain very fast. 

Eat clean. Every everything. 

Workout all of it and let your self look sexy as hell. 

The body shop foundation and BB cream.

I was never into foundations and bb creams until a cousin suggested me. I always wore face powder and my olay moisturizer. But then i tried this beautiful foundation which gives the most natural texture and trust me i have been using it since a year. Foundations are heavy, thats the reason why I didn't like it, but i tried this one and it's amazing. I have in shade 05, both of them. I cant get over this one haha. The other product is bb cream, i bought it before the 

Foundation because i thought foundations were too heavy and bb creams were light in comparison. So i tired this body shop bb cream, it is nice but i am not really a fan of bb creams anymore. If you like your makeup to be a bit of glowing and settled too, then go for this product. The one that i have is in shade 01. 

And please, never buy foundations and bb creams online. Test it first, always. 

The body shop lip and cheek stain.

It always gets too heavy when it comes to blush ons when we're just not in mood for makeup. When i go out for shopping, I literally dont feel like applying anything but then i look like i have cancer lmao. So this product is the most natural and beautiful thing i have come across. The body shop's lip and cheek stain. Its pink and just a small amount gives an instant glow on your face. Either cheek or lips, its works very well. Its shocking pink in colour so make sure you apply in small strokes. 

Maybeline Gel eyeliners.

Hi there gorgeous. I have been loving winged eyeliners forever. It gives you a new personality kinda, haha. Anyways, i have been using this Maybeline gel liner in brown and black colours and i have been loving the texture and the colour. 

The black one gives very sharp and beautiful black eyes. The brown one however, gives a very soft look and i usually blend that in,

to avoid any sharp lines. These two have been my favorite gel eye liners. The brush is provided along with the product and trust me, i am in love with this😍 

Loreal Paris gel face wash❤️

Hey guys, i am back. So today i wanted to share my face wash, Loreal Paris face wash gel. This is something i use when i wake up, it keeps my face hydrated through out the day and its just so amazing. I recommend you guys to grab yours. Make sure you get the original one because we live in Pakistan and we are not sure of what exactly what we get. Haha. Anyways, this is something you would love. Ever since i have used these Loreal products, my skin has become somewhat more glowy and pimple free kinda. I love how it works so well on my face😍 

 

Kerastase serum loving.

Hi my angels. I was getting a ton of questions about what exactly serum is and how to use it. My hair have been streaked and several products are used on it, so i went to a salon where i usually get my hair done from 'Nina lotia', its in defence (karachi). So the gorgeous lady recommended me this Kerastase serum. you can only find this product at her salon which is so annoying. like i have to go so far but its worth it. This thing is magical and it gives such an amazing shine and softness to my hair. Its beautiful. Directly apply it on your wet hair and then let it dry. You have got to grab this bad boy and let your hair be your strength, haha.

Maybeline New York volume mascara.

I am the biggest fan of Mascaras. and i found the best Maybeline New York Maskara.i alt least apply about 3-4 layers because i am crazy about mascaras haha. the best one i have come across, ladies. And i have been loving my eyelashes since. Go grab yours and love yourself. Dont forget to curl your lashes first to get the best result. apply directly and love your lashes.
