Weight lose.

So i am getting questions for weight lose. 
Have green tea daily. Mix cinnamon powder, honey and water and bring it to boil. Drink it everyday in the morning and at night. Boil pumpkin and drink that water daily, it helps very well. 
Workout for at least half an hour daily. 
Eat a ton of fruits and veggies.
Have small portions of your meal about 5 times a day, instead of having 3 meals per day. 
But do remember, eat everything but in a limited portion. Never diet too strict, it will only help you lose weight faster but after you have lost enough and start eating your normal food, you'll gain very fast. 
Eat clean. Every everything. 
Workout all of it and let your self look sexy as hell.
